To distribute traffic more fairly, sites are now listed according to the percentage return they've received so far. Sites with a lower return (OUT divided by IN) are listed closer to the top. However, sites that have sent less than 4 visitors are always listed below sites that have sent 4 or more visitors, regardless of return.

The 10 sites that have the lowest returns at that time will also appear in the Featured Site list on the front page to quickly boost their returns.

This has the effect of distributing more traffic to sites who are sending more traffic to the directory.

This rank is recalculated every 10 minutes. Stats are set back to 0 every 24 hours at midnight Mountain time.
